class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In accordance with the <em>University of Wroc\u0142aw Study Regulations <\/em>and <em>Ordinance No. 29\/2020 of the Rector of the University of Wroc\u0142aw<\/em>, applications concerning the course of studies may be submitted by WKSM students in person or sent to the WKSM Dean\u2019s Office by e-mail at <strong><a href=\"mailto:deansoffice.wksm@uwr.edu.pl\">deansoffice.wksm@uwr.edu.pl<\/a><\/strong> within the following deadlines:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the application for repeating a semester must be submitted no later than <strong>10 days after the end of the resit examination session<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for an Individual Study Organisation (IOS) must be submitted <strong>before the start of the semester\/academic year<\/strong> in which the courses covered by the IOS are conducted,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for resumption of studies must be submitted <strong>within 5 years<\/strong> from the date on which the first decision on removal from the student register became final, and <strong>at least one month before<\/strong> the start of the assessment period,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for a leave from classes must be submitted to the Dean\u2019s Office <strong>without undue delay<\/strong> once circumstances arise that may justify granting such a leave,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for enrolment on the appropriate semester (year) following a leave from classes must be submitted <strong>10 days before the end of the leave period<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for transfer from another higher education institution, including a foreign one, to studies at the University of Wroc\u0142aw must be submitted <strong>no later than one month before<\/strong> the start of the assessment period,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for a committee-based verification of written work or for permission to take a committee examination must be submitted <strong>within 3 working days<\/strong> from the date on which the result is announced,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the application for reinstatement for the purpose of defending the diploma thesis and taking the diploma examination must be submitted to the Dean\u2019s Office <strong>no later than 7 days before<\/strong> the start of the semester in which the defence is to take place (summer semester). Reinstatement solely for the diploma defence may be granted <strong>once only<\/strong> and <strong>no later than 2 years<\/strong> from the date of completing all coursework (absolutorium).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students will be informed about the Dean\u2019s decisions by the Dean\u2019s Office at the earliest possible date via the <strong>USOS system<\/strong> or <strong>university e-mail<\/strong>.<br>The date and method of notifying the student about the decision are recorded in the student\u2019s file.
